Agents are running but need data to work with. Most likely causes:

• • ICP profiles not configured — Prospect Hunter can't find leads
• • Knowledge Base empty — Draft agents use generic fallback copy
• • No LinkedIn posts in Deep Post Log — Engagement Tracker is blind

Check Settings → Config Health to see what's missing.
